Yvonne Chukwuemeka is an experienced and qualified procurement professional, with over 5 years of experience in the housing sector, working at Peabody housing association. Peabody manages more than 67,000 homes across London and South East. Additionally, during this time Yvonne also became a vital part of the 2021 Olmec, Black on Board programme. This programme works to address the lack of diversity on board positions in the U.K. By working alongside Olmec, she has secured a position in a Southwark based arts board and is making her voice heard on the systemic approach ensuring representation of people of colour at board level.
